1.0 Do you have full insurance?

  • Yes, we have full public liability and indemnity insurance covering up to £2 million (two million pounds).  This cover can be extended where venues demand it for an additional fee.

2.0 Do you have a back up camera kit?

  • Yes, we have a complete back up of main kit , which includes camera bodies, lenses and flashguns.

3.0 Does your quote include a pre-wedding shoot or bridal boudoir shoot?

  • These are included in our set packages. However if this is not available in the package you have chosen you can add this in by selecting it from the bespoke items menu.

4.0 Would you be providing a USB/CD/other media of all photos taken on the day(s)?

  • Yes, but due to the number of images and the file size, we ask clients to provide their own external hard drive to which we will copy all the shot images as well as the edited images. Normally this is up to 100GB in size.
  • This hard drive should not contain any data since we will reformat it. Therefore making is usable on any computer. All our work is on a Mac Computer.

5.0 If so, would these be completely unedited and/or include the edited pictures as well?

  • Yes, we will supply all the images including the edited ones. Please note the edited images will be print ready.

6.0 Do you have a limit on the number of photos you take/provide?

  • Honestly, No –  in our packages we have indicated the number of photographs we will take. It all depends on the event. If there is excitement and the event needs covering, we do not stop working as a result of reaching any photo pre-set limit.
  • Regardless of how many images we shoot, we will only select the agreed number for editing. To clarify, should you wish, you could also select the images for editing. We are very flexible and see our work as a collaboration between us.

7.0 Do you offer an on-line web gallery for viewing and guest ordering?

  • Yes, you will get a password and your guests will be able to view the images and order them. This is only provided if it is included in the package.

8.0 Please can you send us link (or provide detail) of the albums you offer and associated prices?

9.0 How many photographers/people in your team would there be?

  • This varies according to the size of the wedding and the amount of work you have elected us to do. However, most of our work includes a single photographer and an assistant.
  • Should you want an additional photographer, this would be an extra cost.

10.0 Do you shoot in raw or jpeg?

  • All our work is shot in RAW and we will supply on your own hard drive the RAW photos and JPEGS. The Raw photos will be converted to jpegs in postproduction.
  • All edited images will be supplied in jpeg.

11.0 What process will you follow for post editing?

  • The process of editing is first to transfer all shot images to our in house servers where all the images are saved to two separate locations. Basically we make a back up of one set of images, which we do not touch and the other would be our working set.
  • The third image set would be backed up to your own hard drive; you will need to provide this hard drive to us well before the wedding day.

12.0 Will you use any auto adjustment or is all editing completed manually?

  • Sacrilege, – NO AUTO Adjustment. Sorry just passionate. All our images are manually edited. The editing is a two-stage process. The first stage would be of the selected images, which will be fully colour corrected with some pictures creatively edited.
  • The second stage is where the images are going for print and will make further refinements and adjustments to ensure that the images do stand out in print.

13.0 Would we be able to see a few photos after they have been edited to confirm before you edit the rest?

  • Yes we will do a handful of images showing different renditions. However this is dependent on the size of the job. On smaller jobs this will not be possible due to production time constraints and costs.

14.0 How long do you keep the original copies of the photos before you delete them?

  • Normally its about three years, unless otherwise agreed.  This may incur an additional storage charge.

15.0 Do you provide the artwork and album layout designs at the end of the job?

  • We will also provide you with the artwork and layout of any albums we do for you.
  • That way should you want to print additional albums in the future you can do so since you will have the artwork in your possession.

16.0 What would happen in the eventuality that we were not happy with the photos?

  • Ouch, we are very confident that you will be happy with our work.
  • To ensure that we get the best images, we do bridal photo training. This is basically having you come over to our studio and have a photo training session. This is a very in depth session and lasts about two hours. Its more like a workshop where we take photographs and together we analyse them. The session is not about posing its all about revealing your character onto a photograph.
  • Brides find these sessions invaluable, where it helps them to become confident and in control of the image they want to present.  Furthermore this is a FREE service in all our photography packages.
  • We have over twenty years experience in this field and this ensures the quality of our work and consistency.

17.0 Can you replicate an image style or style of image edit from other photographers?

  • No, we are creative individuals and our style is not necessarily the same as anyone else’s. We edit images according to the style and feel of the shoot on the day of the event. This in turn is dependent on the weather, the atmosphere, the characters of the people involved, the factors governing photography of the location and the event.
  • We get asked if we could photograph for example a couple walking down a path at night lit with fireworks. The answer is yes we can, however shots like this take time to prepare and the participants will need to be rehearsed to ensure the right result is achieved. Basically it takes preparation and multiple shots to get the perfect image with everyone doing their part.

18.0 What are your payment methods?

  • These are either by PAYPAL or direct into the bank.
  • Our preferred method is through PAYPAL with a credit card. The advantage of this is that you get insurance through a credit card with PAYPAL offering additional security. Please check this with your credit card.

19.0 Do you offer video or cinematic filming?

  • Yes, we are able to offer video filming for your event.
  • The prices are listed in our bespoke packages section.

20.0 Will we have contact with the videographer?

  • Yes, once the level of video filming has been agreed you have the option of dealing direct with the videographer.

21.0 Who do we make payments to for the video filming?

  • You make all payments to wisephotoNs at the initial stage. All terms would be agreed with a schedule of how the payments are to be made.
  • Once the filming work has been done of the event, you will liaise directly with the videographer on the video editing and the changes you require. At this stage you will make payments direct to the videographer, the terms of which would be agreed in advance and before the start of any work.

22.0 What type of video or cinematic filming do you offer?

  • All our filming work is done on very high end DSLR and Video cameras.
  • All our work is rendered as HD 1080 and in the next few months we will be offering 4K video filming.
  • We complete and render all our video work to look like a proper cinema film.

23.0 Do you offer Drone Photography and Video Filming?

  • Yes, we offer drone filming.
  • The drone crews are fully licensed and insured.
